The Challenge of Growing Apples in the Kanchenjunga
In Nepal, we are building sustainable ecosystems in the form of orchards. These include apple trees, chickens and beehives which allow the development of a new activity that produces food - apples, eggs and honey - and generates local revenues.
We Need to Raise Funds
Each orchard costs CHF 6’000.- or CAD 9,000 and we aim to build two per year. You can donate via the platform GoFundMe.
You can also order our book which retraces the story of our project over a seven years period of time. Discover how the idea took form, what has been done so far and where we aim to be in the future.
